Why am I walking?
I believe God looks for partners to bring His Kingdom to earth, and I believe this walk for the ending of abortion is one of those partnerships that will change the course of history to redeem the blood of many and to turn a nation back to Him.
Who am I?
I am one who strongly believes God has given stewardship of the earth to mankind for one purpose: to make His Son known so that Light will prevail. I live to see wrong things made right, souls saved, revival come to the earth and God's Presence to be manifest in the earth in order shift the tide of darkness in nations and bring them back to Him. Ps 115:16
Why am I walking?
I am walking because I want my generation to see the truth that blindly standing up for abortion and a womans choice is standing up for death.
Who am I?
I am a young Native American woman that longs to see my generation going wholeheartedly after their creator Jesus. I choose to have a voice and I believe every life has destiny and a purpose and I desire to be at God's disposal to see those dreams come true.
Why am I walking?
I'm walking on behalf of New York City, the abortion capital of the nation, where more black babies are aborted than are born.
Who am I?
I am a beloved daughter of God. I desire to serve Him with my whole life and make a difference in my generation; this is one way I can do that.
Why am I walking?
I am walking primarily for the unborn, including my own and as a post abortive woman, to bring hope to my generation that there is healing from the destroying effects caused by abortion.
Who am I?
I am a single mother of three children in heaven and a wonderful 3 yr. old son on earth. I received a second chance in life through Christ on Dec. 31, 2011, a true blessing.
Why am I walking?
I am walking because, when I was 16 years old I had a traumatic abortion experience and I remember feeling the pain of my baby being sucked from my womb, leaving me feeling shameful, guilty, and numb.
Who am I?
I am a loving person who enjoys life, now that I know Christ. My passion is finding hidden treasure in the lives of young women, and pulling that treasure forth through the power of God’s love.
Why am I walking?
I am walking on behalf of my Latino brothers and sisters; praying that through this prayer walk and the sharing of testimonies the silence and hidden shame will break and cause the freedom of God to come alive in their hearts enabling them to share their story and walk out their freedom.
Who am I?
I am a 29 year old woman who had an abortion at the age of 17. I lived with the guilt and shame for 7 years, but now stand forgiven, healed and victorious by the blood of Jesus Christ.
Why am I walking?
I am walking because I believe this is part of Gods dream, His dream to restore America and have her turn back to Him.
Who am I?
I am passionate about seeing the broken-hearted healed and the captives set free. I long to see a generation that will stand up in purity and speak on behalf of those who cannot, standing with no fear of the future.
Why am I walking?
Being an asian american and growing up with high standards and set traditions, I am walking on behalf of all the asian women who have been affected by abortion, I want to be a voice and to break the tradition of silence.
Who am I?
I am a daughter of God, a woman of holy justice, a mouthpiece for those who are unable to speak for themselves. I am a woman of passion and conviction to see my generation rise up in victory to become a mighty army who sets the captives free and are rebels for a HOLY cause, to end the injustice towards the fatherless, widows, and the poor.
Why am I walking?
As a young Hispanic woman affected by abortion in the most personal way, I am walking out my Trail of Tears, so that Hispanic woman affected by abortion will have the courage to break out of their silence, and be a voice to end this injustice in every culture.
Who am I?
I am a young Hispanic woman who has found my purity and innocence through Christ. I love to pray and be a voice for righteousness and justice.
Why am I walking?
I am walking on behalf of the unborn, I was scheduled to die but in one moment everything changed.
Who am I?
I am a girl who loves life, family, my husband and my King! I want to see my nation turn back to our roots in God and Christianity, this is why I have given myself to the place of prayer and worship to Jesus!
Why am I walking?
For the family members I never met and to be an example to this generation, empowering them to choose purity and abstinence until marriage and break generational curses to receive the covenant blessings.
Who am I?
Not everyone is doing it: I'm waiting for sexual intimacy within the holy covenant of marriage. I am a history changer and I believe anything is possible with Jesus Christ.
Why am I walking?
I am walking to represent the beauty of motherhood and to show the world that there are good families willing to adopt children and help mothers in crisis.
Who am I?
I am a wife, mom, and fervent lover of Jesus. Because of what He did for me, I will do whatever it takes to see that His will and the desires of His heart are fulfilled on the earth.
Why am I walking?
I am one of the 39 women participating in the Back to Life walk because I believe that there are moments that the Lord has created to shift the course of history and that this walk is one of those moments for the ending of abortion.
Who am I?
My desire is to see the ending of abortion in my day and a culture of life and family rise up on the earth. My twin sister, Darlene, and I have authored a pro-life children’s book, Justice Loves Babies, we desire for our voice to be heard and for children to understand and value life at a young age.
